Returns Policy

  • Returns are accepted if the product is defective.
  • Exchanges are not available for online purchases.
  • Our products are only sold and shipped within Canada.
  • High Flow Acrylic paints are final sale, except in cases where proof of damage during shipment is provided.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any defects or damages within 14 days of delivery.
  • In the event of damage during shipment, your order will be replaced free of charge.

Refunds
